It's simple.
A friend with hearing loss, recommended by an Amplifon existing customer (ambassador), starts a trial or buys directly of an Amplifon product.
Each ambassador (existing customer) can bring up to 5 friends and the more he/she brings, the more he/she gets!
Up to two friends, the ambassador will get £50 for each friend.
From the third to the fifth friend, he/she doubles the voucher, getting £100 voucher for each new friend.
And the friend? Also the friend will get a £50 voucher to spend.
To satisfy all our customers, two types of vouchers from two different partners can be redeemed: Wishcard or Amazon.

The ambassador and his/her friend can collect the voucher in different ways: on their own (accessing the platform) or directly at the Amplifon shop, where it will be handed over as a £50 printed voucher.
Be sure that you always create the relationship between the Ambassador and the Friend in Goal and you update all the contact info.
This will permit you to manage the vouchers for your customers.
