The first time an Amplifon customer can register onto the AmplifonUs program is only via the Amplifon shop.
The shop opens the platform and makes the registration for the customer (only if the customer is eligible to participate to the program) entering:
- Amplifon Customer code
- Mobile phone
Then the customer receives his password via SMS.
From that moment they can then visit the platform and choose their voucher.
The ambassador and the friend can redeem their voucher directly in the shop and get it printed or they can do this on their own via their personal login to the platform.
The ambassador needs to be an existing Amplifon customer and the friend can be either a lead or prospect or not present at all on our Amplifon database. The relationship needs to be linked in goal between the friend and ambassador.

-WishCard have a 3 years expiration
The friend will get £50 and the ambassador will also get £50 per friend, however for the 3rd, 4th and 5th friend that they recommend the ambassador will get £100 each.
If the ambassador accumulates more than £50 in vouchers, the vouchers can be spent in different shops. However, it is not possible to divide the amount of a single voucher (£50).

Depending on the selected shop the voucher can be spent either online or within the shop.
Yes, once the friend becomes an Amplifon customer they then become an ambassador and can recommend friends.
There is no voucher for the hearing test alone.
The customer code may be invalid if:
- The user is not eligible for the program
- A Customer ID Code has not yet been created in Goal
They can recommend up to 5 friends.
The friend has up to 30 days from the hearing test to either take the trial or buy.
Ideally the relationship needs to be done at the time of booking or when the friend attends the hearing test however as long as the relationship on Goal is done before the Sale happens – this is fine. (The relationship can also be done after the trial).
Please allow up to 48 hours for your voucher to be available from when the trial or purchase happens.
We should have at least one source of contact details for both the friend and the ambassador. Email, Mobile Number, Landline Number.
Customers will need to wait another 24 hours after redeeming a voucher before they can redeem another voucher.
Where consent is not given on their record in goal we are still Ok to send them an email or SMS to say they are eligible for their gift voucher as this is not promotional marketing.
